Well, you don't call yourselves The Threads anymore. Inuman ers boutique namo right?

I just want to say how thankful I am, you guys. Even though you don't have the choice but you let me tag along and let me sleep peacefully when I'm drunk and sleepy. 

I like your band. I love the songs you play. I learn to appreciate music more.

I'll never forget how we sang, "I Want It That Way" by the Backstreet Boys (Brooklyn 99 version) when we were in Lohas. God, the Dopamine rush I had that time was extreme.  We had a good time when we played Clarkey's game, King's Cup. How everyone got super drunk and wasn't able to go to the beach for a morning dip. (This one was funny)

I love it. Every single thing that has happened. I love your humor too. 

2022 isn't so bad because I have you guys. You made it bearable for me. I enjoyed every minute that I spend with the band. 

Met and made friends with these lovely ladies as well. They're nice. 


Ah, Space Munchies. (HAHAHA) It was fun. Though it was a bit extreme but I like it. I didn't know places like that exist in CdeO. 
 
To cut the story short, I'm thankful I get to join your inuman sessions guys. You made me happy and sane this year. I am grateful that all of you respected me and made me laugh. You guys are basically my brothers at this point. 

The brothers I never had.

Nostalgia through my eyes

I always have this feeling of melancholy and magic whenever I watch movies from the 80s, 90s, and the early 2000s. I love how the people at the time were not hung up and addicted to their mobile phones like I am. I love how they don't have social media and mobile phones.  I think this roots in my childhood in Iligan. I grew up with my grandmothers. We lived a frugal life. We were happy and content. I remember reading books all day, and my Nanay would reprimand me all the time. She said I'll ruin my vision because of non-stop reading. And she's right, I did ruin my eyesight. I have astigmatism now, and I also ruined my reproductive health. After dinner, I would listen to the radio, waiting for the lottery results. My Mommy would wash us up and change our clothes for bed. I remember sleeping in our living room because it was comfortable than sleeping in our room. Life was forgiving at the time. I lack self-control

Yes, that's right. I lack the discipline to sleep on time. I'm one of the guilty ones who scrolls on social media for hours, and over stimulates myself with ideas I know I probably wouldn't do right away. News that overwhelms me. Instagram stories of people who share their lives online, and so on.  In fact, Merriam- Webster dictionary recognized the word, Doomscrolling in 2023. Which means, " the tendency to continue to surf or scroll through bad news, even though that news is saddening, disheartening, or depressing".   I was one of the doom scrollers of 2020-2023. I indulge with overwhelming contents and suffer from anxiety the minute I put my phone down. It's such a shame that I'm still stuck on the loop --minus the sad news. This time, I doomscroll to read articles, watch booktube videos, scroll through my pictures, and look for references for my sketchbook.  But even though I've cut out the negative contents from my algorithm, it still leaves me fe...
